Fried sun-dried beef. 500 grams beef, Preparation 1) Wash the beef well and cut into strips about 1 cm. thick.2) Pound the garlic, coriander roots, and pepper together until finely ground. Rub this into the beef, add the fish sauce, whiskey, oyster sauce, sugar, and curry powder, work around together, and then allow to marinate for about an hour. Then , lay the strips out in the sun and leave them for one day, turning from time to time. 3) Deep fry the beef in hot oil. When done, drain and serve with chilli sauce, lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber. |
