Kingfish fried in batter.

1 kingfish,
1/2 cup wheat flour,
1/4 cup water,
Cooking oil for frying.

Preparation

1) Clean the fish, wash well, slice open down the length of the back, and remove the bones.
2) Mix the flour and water.
3) Heat enough oil to deep fry the fish in a wok. Dip the fish into the batter so that it is coated completely. Fry the fish until golden brown, transfer to a plate, and serve with chilli sauce or some other sauce you like.
